Let's talk some turkey

Hello, what a day!  Busy busy.  Oh well, woke up at 5:30 couldn't get back to sleep, so I worked out.  Below is the workout I did this a.m.
Warm up - of course!
5 min light jog on treadmill
20 commando push ups
100 skips with jumprope
5 min light jog on treadmill
20 push ups with knee touches left and right
100 skips with jumprope
next was supposed to be 5 minutes light jog on treadmill, but my kitten Sofia was on the treadmill watching me workout, so I did 3 minutes light jog in place!!  lol :)
20 reps of 2 squat jumps, drop down, 2 push ups
100 skips on jumprope
ABS - 25 straight abs, 25 v sit side abs left and right, 25 bicycles elbow to knee.
Took about 22 minutes.
Quick, but push hard to get through and of course comment with any questions you might have
