Pictured here is a great breakfast or light lunch. Low fat, nutritious and suprisingly satisfying! Boiled Eggs drizzled with Lemon/Wine Vinegar homemade dressing & a sectioned orange! Hard boil your eggs takes about 6-7 minutes. Best way is to boil eggs for 2 minutes, then turn heat off and let the eggs sit for 10-12 minutes to finish cooking. Peel and slice eggs, drizzle with up to 1 TBSP of
Lemon/Wine Vinegar.
PS. The oranges are great with the dressing as well, scoop some of that delicious dressing with your orange section! So so ~ very very good flava! Enjoy!
