I found two really great bruschetta recipes for Cannellini beans that I would love to share with you guys.
One is from David Rocco's website, I really love his rustic, basic style of cooking and find inspirations every time I read one of his cookbooks...He inspires me to do it from scratch and with whole ingredients, which is really how I feel about my style of cooking. I minimize eating any sort of pre prepared or fast foods and work with whole ingredients in the kitchen. I feel better, enjoy the wonderful aromas and take the time to prepare goodness and flava for my family and friends.

This recipe has a mashed style of cannellini beans and is a bit richer in flavor. Add some proscuitto or thin sliced ham for additional flava in this yummy appetizer.

This sassy recipe incorporates goat cheese, tomatoes and basil, sub out the white beans for creamier cannellini~
