Magnesium Sulphate, Energize Your Life!!

Epsom Salt!  Who knew, right?!
Magnesium is essential in all cells in your body and all, hundreds of enzymes require magnesium for their catalytic actions!!

Improved Sleep, Decreased Stress, LESS Aches and Pains!

This mineral packs a huge punch! Epsom Salt is the popular name for magnesium sulphate, it occurs pure in many natural places on Earth.  It has been used over the ages to cure many ailments.  It is considered to be vital to life, however 57% of us do not get the required daily amount.

Magnesium rich foods include:  leafy green vegetables, pumpkin seeds, brazil nuts, sesame seeds, almonds, wheat bran, cashews, soybeans, cilantro, sage, spearmint, chives, brown rice, and bananas.

Epsom salt when dissolved in water may be absorbed by the skin, which is why it is so often used as a bath soak.  Magnesium Oil can also be used to cure what ails you!!  *****

Also on Wellnessmama, she has links to making your own magnesium bath oil.  This is a very simple process and it is interesting to note how she uses the spray oil.  She sprays herself every day, post shower, to reap the many benefits of this powerful and inexpensive way to energize your life!

Below is an excerpt from her blog...
How to make your own magnesium oil to improve sleep and reduce stress How To Make Your Own Magnesium Oil
"I’ve written before about how I use magnesium daily and why I feel it is such a vital part of overall wellness. Many people are deficient in this vital mineral that the body uses for hundreds of reactions. Every cell in the body needs magnesium in some way, and it is vital for bone, tooth, muscle, and joint health as well as for optimal sleep and stress reduction.
Deficiency of magnesium is widespread because many of us have lifestyle factors that actively deplete magnesium such as lack of sleep, excess stress, or alcohol/caffeine/sugar consumption. On top of that, many natural sources of magnesium are becoming depleted (such as the soil due to over-farming and high pesticide use) and water filtration systems remove much of the naturally occurring magnesium in water.
The ocean is still a wonderful source of magnesium and trace minerals, but for those of us who don’t have daily access to a beach, transdermal magnesium oil can be the easiest and most effective way to increase magnesium levels. I’ve recently seen some research that adequate magnesium can do everything from reduce stress to improve sleep and even eliminate morning sickness!"
