Turkey Chili

Funny I started to spell chili and I forgot how.  Looked it up and there are three different ways all mean same thing??  sup with dat?  anyway...
1 large onion chopped - saute in saucepan with 2 TBSP butter and 1 TBSP Olive Oil
Add 3 TBSP chillie powder, and 2 TBSP pepper, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or to taste, 1 Tbsp brwn sugar
Add 1 clove garlic either from a garlic press or finely chopped
Add 1 Cup of Chicken Stock - remove to large saucepan - and then add the following
1 Cup Chopped Carrots
1 Cup Chopped Celery
1 Cup fresh chopped tomatoes
1 large can chopped tomatoes
1-2 Cans of Kidney beans - depending on your liking.
1 pound ground turkey browned, and peppered
Let this cook for around 20-25 minutes on stove top.
With about 10 minutes left I dice a yellow pepper and add it in!  So so good left just a little crunchy and sweet!
Serve it up in a bowl with greek yogurt on top and a sprinkle of cheese.
This recipe is so good on a cold rainy weekend like this one.  Also it is so hearty, you  might want to serve it with some toasted slices of Italian bread left plain without butter or a toasted engligh muffin.  Also very good on top of a baked potato!  Love it and enjoy.
