New Product

This milk alternative does a few things for you.  First, it is packed with 1200 mg Omega 3's which you know is good for your brain health among other things.  Also there are 25 calories in the unsweetened variety.  Also, in an effort to move away from dairy, this is a creamy alternative to use as my protein shake base.

Why move from dairy, for me at 48, removing any extra hormones, estrogens, from my diet is a good thing to aid in fat loss.  Cow's milk has hormones, specifically estrogen.  So, I minimize my exposure by using almond milk and flax milk.  Plus those 1200 mg of omega 3's is awful inviting!  Talk about bang for your buck!

MORNING CHOCOLATE SHAKE!

1 cup flax milk 
handful of frozen strawberries, I buy berries, cut them up and freeze in baggies.  Any berries are a
    good add to your shakes.
2 oversized spoons full, approx 1/2 cup greek yogurt
1.5 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 packet Stevia Sweetener (optional)
Mix it up in the old Magic Bullet and voila, breakfast!
