Peanut Butter - Banana - Honey Shake

If you're a peanut butter fan you'll love this one.  I really needed something different to shake up the diet from the mashed potatoe strawberry banana protein shake fog I've been in for the last few days, because of these new braces...  So here goes.  The only fat in this recipe comes from the peanut butter 16 g per 2 TBSP, and from the milk, almond milk is 2.5 g per cup.

These are wholesome ingredients, especially if you use Whole Foods fresh peanut butter!  Enjoy!!

In the magic bullet, in this order:
1/2 cup non-fat greek yogurt
2 Tbsp Peanut butter
1/2 or more ripe banana
2 TBSP Honey
3/4 cup almond milk- add alittle more if it is too thick for you
1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Add a little water to the mix for a little smoother/less thick shake if you need to.
YUMMO!!  (in the words of Rachel Ray!!  lol)
