Hiya Fit People! I will be working with some recipes this weekend, that work for my no Chewing existence (braces) right now and making everyone happy also.
Layered Vegetable Stacker or Vegetable Lasagna, is a great way to incorporate vegetables that you may not be crazy about eating by themselves into a wonderful, complex lasagna, including cheese! yes! I will be using a spring form pan for this one, and a thin vegetable peeler/slicer to get zucchini super thin. A great tasting, good for you meal.
Also going to work on a chicken vegetable pie, topped with one croissant, sliced like toast so you can get 4 slices out of the croissant, and use this sliced croissant toast as the top layer of the chicken pie.
