the flavor of avocado can brings an elegance to sandwiches and wraps, especially when I zoom it up a notch with fresh garlic and lemon juice and maybe a bit of cayenne or a sliver of a serrano chili!
ok lets start, I' so excited! :)
turkey avocado wrap
1 whole wheat wrap**
Avocado spread - as much or as little as you want, go for it!
2 -3 slices -low salt turkey sliced very thin

avocado spread
1 ripe avocado pitted. (split in half as shown above, remove the pit by using a large knift blade, hit the pit with the blade and wiggle left and right the pit will come right out) I slice avocado right in the black shell. just make long lines with the knife and cross lines with the knife and scoop out with a spoon.
1/2 lemon - approximately 1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlice, minced or run through a press
1 pinch cayenne pepper
pinch of salt and pepper
the spread can be stored in the fridge for a few days. I love it tasty, with a little kick, I can't wait for lunchtime!!
