I'm Back & I have news!!

So I've been gone a few months...  I have renovated the kitchen at the house which looks great, pictures added with this post!  So I will have a new way to share ideas with you guys.  I'm so excited.

I'm ready to get fit and share some recipes that I think will help everyone as we head into Spring and short sleeve and shorts weather.  I've got some new ways to pre-prepare salads and lunches that I absolutely love!  I know lunchtime it is easy to forget your nutritious lunch and go out and eat the wrong things.  I find that if I take my lunch I eat healthier and lighter!  It makes it so much easier to eat right and get the fiber and protein that my body needs to lose weight. 

I've also been doing a few new workouts still based on my 10-20-30 workout that I LOVE!  It is so easy and helps keep me less stressed...  Which as I get older seems to be more and more difficult.  How many calories does stress have?  A bunch for me and I need every opportunity to reduce stress in my life.  Remember WALKING has a great stress reducing effect.  Walk as much as you can!
