Pineapple Yogurt Smoothie!

Needed something different, something exotic, something to shake up my day.  In a nutshell...I still can't chew.  So my new shake this week is da daaaa...

Pineapple Yogurt Smoothies!

8 ounces coconut water
3/4 cup non fat greek yogurt
1TBSP Honey
3/4 Cup of fresh Pineapple chopped
Mix in your blender or magic bullet.

Breakfast.  And yes, not being able to chew has made me lose weight.  My portion sizes are way way down simply because it takes me 45 minutes to eat them.  Interesting way to lose weight.  This is a great smoothie, and if it's the weekend, hit it up with a shot of coconut rum, why not I can afford the calories right now!!! lol Have a great week you guys.
