last avocado day... and new ingredient post tomorrow :)

Hello everybody, happy Thursday!  So I am still working on the layout of the blog you see in front of you, sorry for all the changes, but I haven't quite figured out a lot of things!!  lol  and arggggg....  frustrating sometimes :). 
Working on it in my spare time!  ha ha..  So here we are at the last day of the avocado.  Now you have some healthy recipes to try. 

PS  last night's workout...  using a stopwatch for time. 
Four exercise circuit - repeat below 4 times.
1.  100 skips with jumprope - or high knees in place
2.  20 push ups
3.  25 jump squats - jump wide/jump back in/etc...
4.  20 reverse push ups using a dip bar.
My time was 18:58

Today I am having a low salt ham and avocado wrap for lunch with arugula and greek yogurt.  easy easy wrap I always hit my wraps with a little salt and peppa!!  Around 350 calories.  22 g protein and about 3 g fat.

I change out several ingredients each time I make one of these recipes so they are constantly evolving.  Enjoy and see you tomorrow with a new ingredient!  I'm so excited...until then.
