Coconut Milk Ranch Dressing


ingredients
can full fat coconut milk (or coconut cream, refrigerated overnight, do not use light coconut milk)
tablespoons shallots (minced)
garlic cloves (minced)
tablespoons apple cider vinegar
tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh basil (chopped)
tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
teaspoon sea salt
black pepper (to taste)
