Tonight!

Roasted Chicken Breasts w/garlic and onion!
Roasting some chicken breasts tonight to serve as dinners for the week.  I'll let you know what recipes this leads to this week!  Off the top of my head I'm thinking for tonight, ROASTED CHICKEN IN PASTA WITH BROCCOLI AND RED PEPPERS.
Roasting in 375 degree oven, fresh thyme in the roaster with a head of garlic, onions, and 1/2 lemon.
