Ham, Asparagus, Brie Skillet Pizza

Hey everybody, this is the last post for the skillet pizzas.

For a 10 inch pizza:
4 slices of low salt deli ham, sliced thin from the deli and cut into squares.
8 pieces of asparagus, woody stems cut off and asparagus blanched in lemon water.
If you don't mind the brie rind, use about 6 ounces of a brie wheel approximately 1/2 of a small brie wheel sliced about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.

Use the previous posts for the pizza dough and the skillet pizza recipes.

For the asparagus, bring water to a boil add a pinch of kosher salt and 1 squeeze of lemon wedge, then add lemon wedge itself to the boiling water.  submerge the asparagus after trimming the woody end off for about 2 minutes in the boiling water.  remove and set aside.

For the Ham, slice the ham slices into bite size squares and put into a hot skillet for a minute or two to brown, set aside.

Follow the skillet pizza recipe adding your ingredients in this order:  olive oil, brie, ham, asparagus order on top and enjoy!
