I did bodyrock.tv's http://www.bodyrock.tv/ February 10th "Show it off workout" yesterday. Wow, great workout took me about 29 minutes to do all three sections! check it out, you'll love this website, great workouts, I can't really always do what she has shown, I usually substitute in what I can do with a particular workout element that doesn't work for me. Yesterday, I did a 10 minute warm up, then I jumped in, I did the first section, (10:27) ~ I use a Gymboss timer (gymboss.com). Completed on the 8 minutes of interval skipping w/jumprope ~ it wore me slam out. Got through the third and last portion of the workout in 11:27.
So, for me today a light workout - here you go!
Walk one mile on treadmill at 4.0 to warm up.
3 round of the following three exercises! (I always keep track of how much time it takes me to complete exercises)
25 Straight Competition Abs (hook toes under couch - come all the way up reach for heels at top)
25 V sit Left oblique abs (lye on side basically left butt cheek- bring knees into elbow)
25 V sit Right oblique abs
25 bicycles - s..l..o...w - reach opposite elbow to knee, for a slow twist
*always remember to tuck your belly button to your lower back on each abdominal repetition you do!
