Workout ... turkeys!!!

As I was reviewing my shelless taco salad posts,... touch "ground turkey" tab at your right..., I ran accross a workout I had done at the time.  I read through the workout and I was re-inspired!   So, when I get back from the store, I'm gonna check out that interval workout posted.  This is a 22 -25 minute CALORIE BURNING CRAZE!  Join me today and let mem know how long it took you to complete.  If you do not jumprope, just pretend jumprope.  And..   GET THOSE KNEES UP!   woo hoo, gonna be a great day!  I
