This week, Fish Cakes...& homemade low fat tartar sauce!!!

This week I'll be adding some recipes for fish cakes.  Salmon, tuna, tilapia.  (Even though I don't think tilapia is the best fish for you.)  There are some great sauces for these fish cakes that are high protein low fat and taste wonderful.  I love having cakes with my version of tarter sauce.  p.s. my version of tartar sauce is super low fat!!  Will post in a few days.

I know I've slowed down on the posts.  Still unable to chew because of the braces... arrrrgggggg! ; )
