Flatbread Pizzas

Here is a pic of the beautiful tomatoes I picked up at the Farmers Market outside of Greensboro NC.  They are beautiful the picture does not do them justice!!  Red through and through. To the Right, ingredients for the flatbread pizza!
Put in the toaster oven for two to three minutes, until the cheese has browned just the way you  like it, take them out and sprinkle a little dried oregano on top and wow.  This was really so good, quick, easy and healthy!  I did not use low fat cheese on this, but only used 1/8 of a cup of cheese (40 calories) on each flatbread slice.  I sliced the flatbread in half to make it thinner also and I had one for me and my son!  Just good food!
You can soup this up with any veges you have on hand, onions, ripe peppers.
