Greek Yogurt chocolate icing - Love this easy easy recipe!!

Hi foodies, thank you for reading my posts.  This is a rich tasting icing recipe, you'll love it once you try it.  I am getting ready to travel this week, so I cannot make these recipes along with the site.  I'm posting from my recipe collection and research, I will not have as many live pics as I typically enjoy posting for you guys.  Anyway...Once I found this recipe, I decided I never wanted to buy one of the pre made tubs of icing again.  You can add some powdered sugar to make this sweeter if you like, or if you like a few packets of Stevia sweetener http://www.stevia.com/ but I like it as is, reminds me of chocolate cheesecake!  So very good and better for you.

1 1/2 C (12oz) Plain 0% Chobani Greek Yogurt
1 1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips

Measure greek yogurt, and let stand for 2 hours at room temperature. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler or in microwave. Cool to room temperature, then fold and I do mean fold, greek yogurt will just kind of dissolve if you whip it in, so fold in Chobani 1/4 cup at a time, until the mixture is smooth. Let stand at room temperature until cool and spreadable.
If you refrigerate, take it our of the fridge a half hour prior to using for easier spreading.  This versatile icing can be stored up to a week in the fridge.
