Re-Energize - Part 2 - Magnesium the Complex Element with Immense Power!

Immense Power is correct!!  Well, honestly I do feel less aches and pains, have more energy, and feel in general less stressed since using the Magnesium Oil that I made.  I'm not a big believer in these types of treatments, but the benefits of Magnesium Oil taken in topically FAR outweigh any negatives.

The only negative that I have found so far has been if you use the spray on magnesium oil, it can leave a bit of a grainy film on you.  Since you have to leave the oil on for 20-30 minutes after you spray it on, you cannot dress if you put it on post shower.

So I bought some magnesium lotion.  This has done the trick, however it is a more expensive option.  So I decided to find out how to make magnesium lotion... here is the link How to make Magnesium Lotion.  This incorporates using coconut oil, which I love and I find it more hydrating than the store bought expensive Magnesium lotion I spent $25.00 for.  The Magnesium chloride Flakes can be bought at Whole Foods Market as can the rosemary oil and the coconut oil.  Whole Foods "whole body" Section.  Or you can buy Magnesium Chloride Flakes online at Ancient Minerals - Magnet Clay's website.

WHOLE FOODS HAS Health and Wisdom Brand - PRE MADE MAGNESIUM GEL $11.99 (4 oz.), $19.99 (12 oz.) AND OIL FOR $17.99 for 12 oz.

Below is an excerpt from the above article.  As you can see, BIG BENEFITS GALORE....  read the entire article here for more information Health Benefits of Magnesium

Truthfully, I am amazed, it is a win win to take magnesium topically or internally.

"You should take twice as much magnesium as calcium, says Dr. Fuchs, because the health benefits of magnesium include:
  • Reversing osteoporosis, slowing down and even reversing bone loss. In one study, gynecologist Guy Abraham gave a reversed calcium to magnesium formula to several hundred older women, resulting in increasing their bone density by an average of 11 percent.
  • Preventing heart attacks, because it keeps calcium from building up in your arteries and it helps maintain a regular heartbeat. While too much calcium causes the heart muscles to contract too much, which may cause heart attack, magnesium causes muscles to relax. That's why the prescription drugs known as calcium channel blockers are so popular; they prevent calcium from entering your heart. The American Heart Journal calls magnesium "nature's calcium channel blocker."
  • Relieving migraines, insomnia and depression. Health benefits of magnesium also include relief of PMS, high blood pressure, backache, constipation, kidney stones and chronic fatigue, says Fuchs. It even fights some food cravings, such as the PMS symptom of chocolate craving. Seems PMS is caused by low levels of magnesium, and cocoa is rich in magnesium."
