Quick Pork and Green Beans Flavorful snack!

Hi guys, this dish is a quick meal or snack I use these great french green beans that I get from Costco.  They cook up much quicker than regular pole green beans that we use here so much in the south.  I also buy boneless pork chops at Costco and freeze them by twos.  This recipe is great for a quick snack or to serve over rice, since I am mostly carb free, I will cook this sans rice or noodles.  Add rice or noodles they will make a great addition!

The green beans are good all by themselves as a snack and are very easy to cook.  See the recipe below.  I cook the meat and green beans separate then put them together.
Green Beans:

In a deep, large frying pan, put one package, about 2 cups of the green beans into 1/2 inch of water seasoned with olive oil.  I had a left over piece of bacon from breakfast so I brock it up and put it in as well.  Add 2 pinches of sugar and cook over medium high heat for around 8 minutes, until the liquid dissipates completely.  NOTE:  be careful not to burn as the liquid disappears.

Pork:

2 pork chops, thick cut, Slice pork on an angle as thin as you can, see right...
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 TBSP sesame oil
1 TBSP olive oil or more
Heat all above in a frying pan.  Then add the pork.  Roll to coat in pan flavors.
Cook 3-4 minutes, the pork is so thin it doesn't take long.

Cut green beans and combine with pork serve over rice or noodles!  Enjoy.  The entire process takes less than 20 minutes.  Fresh and good, low fat, low carb.
